A place where women are equipped and encouraged through community and one-on-one discipleship.
313 Ministries Organization is a bridge and a safe place for women. We are a bridge because we are place where women come but are encouraged to not stay forever. We are a place where women pass through as they keep pressing on toward their God given destiny. We are a safe place because we care for what they care for and hold their burdens close to our heart. We come alongside women as they walk through trauma, oppression, or life’s challenges through the Word. We provide mentorship, connections, and resources so women know they are not alone!
We believe we were each created with hidden gems that are discovered through prayer, being connected to God/the word of God, and alongside community.

Our Core Values In Mentorship
The meaning behind the heptagon
We believe that God’s number of completion is 7. Therefore, our mentorship program operates from 7 core values as our mentors/mentees strive to continue becoming the people that God created each to be.
.01/ We believe in order to be raised into the person that God has created in you, it begins with having a firm foundation in God alone. (Matthew 7:24-27)
.02/ We believe in order to grow and disciple others, you must be connected to the source which is the word of God. (John 1:1; John 15)
.03/ We believe in order to make disciples it is wise to observe those who have gone before us. (Proverbs 1:5)
.04/ We believe in being connected to the church and seeking wise counsel from those within. (Hebrews 13:7)
.05/ We believe that people must act from the words God has provided. (James 2:14-17)
.06/ We believe in building up others in the body of Christ and those outside the city as well. (Hebrews 13:13)
.07/ We believe that each of us has a role in the kingdom of God and it is our job to regulate the gospel. We believe in equipping others to transform and share the gospel in each place the Lord has them. (Matthew 28:19-20)
About Our Founder, Genna
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you allow God to write your story makes the difference.
For me, It began through a vision from God many years ago. I never planned on launching a ministry. I never planned on using writing or communication other than a way to connect with God. After much prayer, I came to terms that God has given these gifts to share with others to teach and lead more people into a new or deeper relationship with Him. Each and every gift is for His glory. This isn’t my story, it’s His. I am just the vessel that He has entrusted to make it happen. What an honor! And so, this is the beginning of a chapter for this specific time. It really isn’t about me. It’s about Jesus. It’s about the Holy Spirit. It’s about our majestic and omnipresent God.
The overarching goal of 313 Ministries is to be people who believe in and shine for the Kingdom of God. We aspire to have faith in God as bold as those in Hebrews 11. We believe the impossible is only made possible through His power and that discipleship/discipline is our Father’s way of loving and protecting us.
